Reece LOVES KiKi Belle!

Reece loves KiKi Belle, she is always carring her around and playing with her. As soon as she wakes up in the morning she asks for KiKi, she wants to take KiKi with her every where we go, and she wants to sleep with KiKi. I have never loved cats in the house but KiKi has kinda been a house cat because Reece has made her her best friend and when she is in the house so is KiKi. ( I have drawn the line at no sleeping with her)
When we moved we had a cat that stayed at the house when we left, her name was Belle (given by Addey along with the Lamb and everything else Addey named... It was always Belle) Soon after we moved my mom called and told us Belle had got hit by a car and I never told Addey. Well when we moved back Addey looked and looked for Belle and I finally told her what had happened. So when this baby Kitty was born Addey thought it should be Belle. Wacey and I were not sure the Kitty would survive so we came up with the name Fifi of the top of our heads. The baby Kitty disappeared for a while and we thought we were genious for not getting attatched and giving it such a silly name. Well one day Wacey was taking a old box to the garbage and there was the Kitty. Reece was so excited and loved her and took such good care of her!! She would get Fifi and Kitty Kitty mixed up so it became KiKi and of coarse Addey added Belle. So that is the story of KiKi Belle!!! KiKi has turned out to be such a fun Kitty and I am sure it is because of all the LOVE Reece has given it!!

I {Heart} July!!

I have always loved July! There is so much going on and this year did not diappoint. Between parades, rodeo's, performances, family parties, more parades, kids activites... I really should have got more pictures (and I am so mad I did not get pictures of the girls in there cute red, white and blue outfits, which has been a tradition for me the last couple years) Not only is there so many activities it is also me and Wacey's anniversary and this year we celebrated 9 years!!! Oh and we can not forget my birthday, I have always had something to do on my birthday. I did get a few pics of, of coarse.. My girls!! We did a lot of dancing at both the 4th and 24th so there are pictures of them in their dance outfits for the parade and talent performance. We also went to the daughters of Utah pioner house on the 24th and got some cute pics of them with there bonets on. The other picture is of Reece watching the fireworks, that was also a favorite!! I LOVE July, I LOVE my girls, and I LOVE my husband. I do not say much about Wacey on the blog, it is kinda a blog about what is going on with the girls, but we did celebrate 9 years and I just have to say I love my husband!! It has been a great- well we will say 8 years... this year has been tough, but I am so glad that I have my husband standing next to me through it all ,and that we have been married for 9 great married years. I love you babe!!!

Motivation...

I know this is kinda a teaser, and hopefully motivation for me!! So I got a new camera for mothers day, I instantly started taking pictures and loved the camera but every once in a while the pictures would look blury. I thought something was wrong with my camera and took it back and exchanged it for a new one just like it. I again started taking pictures and again sometimes the pictures are blury. This is kinda a test, they look ok on my blog but it bugs me when they are blurry on my screen when I look at it after I take the pictures :( I also saw one of my frieds using her camera and it was just like mine and she said hers did the same thing. MMM I need to hurry and decide if I should return it again and get a whole new camera.

So hopefully I can hurry and decide what I am going to do with my camera so I can get something hooked up and do my blog again. Until then these are some pictures I took with my first camera... See they look fine on here. And aren't they so cute!!! I also can not decide if we should grow Addey's hair out or get one more trim for the summer.. what do you think??
So many decisions.

Baa Baa Black Sheep

Even before the snow melted the first time girls where ready for spring, but then we had a little sneak of spring and we were really ready for warm weather. Addey and Reece beg me to go check on the baby lambs every day but we have not made it out too much this year, so when my mom called today I knew we had to go!! Since I am not working at all this week I made it a goal to "spring Clean" and get my stuff put back in order and organized but it has put a toll on the girls and they have put up with me again not paying to much attention too them. I knew going to see the lambs would be the much needed break we all needed... And it was!!!

Addey and Reece love to play in the barn and see the lambs. Today we got to hold them and pet them so they could get use to us. When we got home Addey said maybe they will learn to like us and we can say " Addey had a little lamb... every where that Addey went the lamb is sure to go"

That made me realize that we do need a clean orderly house but my kids and family are most important and those times when we stop our spring cleaning and have a little fun are the true learning moments!!!

Pictures:

Addey and Reece holding and petting the lambs!!!

When Addey was not even 2 yet my mom found some MUCK boots and we had to get them. My mom said she could picture her following the boys around in the barn or helping with the watering. The smallest they came in where 10 so she finally fits in them and they work great to go to the barn and see the lambs. Reece also said she needed her "princess muck boots"

Addey started to help grandma clear a spot for the lambs so they would have a nice dry spot to lay and Reece joined in too!!!

Leprechauns and Little girls!!!

Full of magic and trickery, the leprechauns remain in their hidden world until the night before St. Patrick's day... so our last nights craft was our treasure box!! I think it turned out pretty cute and will be my new March decoration!! The girls of coarse were just excited to find the treasure the next morning. Those tricky leprechauns left gold ( Rolo's- note to self, next year get the individually wrapped ones) and fun green shamrock straws. I also got real into the holiday and made green shamrock waffles and the straws went well with the yummy breakfast!
Happy St. Patrick's day!!!

I know I was getting just as sick of looking at my self pity (Even though I do not need to look at my blog to remember it) But I have decided that I have been doing things in the midst of everything and thought I would share!!

And so since I am already totally overwhelmed I thought I better just start with last week and hopefully be able to "keep up" again! So besides my grandpa going in the hospital, still slowly unpacking boxes trying to find the toy of the day (yes I have been in my house for a month), Wacey trying to collect some of our money and going to Oregon, and me working... It was Dr. Suess's Birthday!!!
We went to the Library and got all the books we needed and read them throughout the week, and then of coarse we had a Dr. Suess party!! We made cupcakes, With yellow frosting and some had green stars... for the Sneetches. Addey liked the ones without the stars and Reece liked the ones with the stars, so it just added to the lesson that we should " forget about stars, and whether they had one, or not, upon thars" !! We also had Green Eggs and Ham for dinner and then of coarse ate our cupcakes again, then watched Horton Hears a Who!! I do not think Addey or Reece really got the concept of reading the Dr. Suess's books and why we then celebrated a birthday of a guy we did not even know, but I think they really enjoyed all the events of the week and I think we will try to make it a tradition and do it every year!!

Thanks Dr. Suess for writing great books and eventually , I know my girls will know who you are!
